The store features exclusive products including ecobags, mugs, books, postcards, bookmarks, and design pieces by notable artists.

Ascending to the second floor, visitors find the core of the museum’s long‑term exhibits. These include Línguas do Mundo, where one can hear twenty‑three languages connected to Brazil through immigration or indigenous heritage; Laços de Família, a genealogical journey through the origins of the Portuguese language; Rua da Língua, a 106‑metre immersive mural combining visual and poetic fragments; Beco das Palavras, an interactive word‑building game revealing etymologies; Palavras Cruzadas, eight audiovisual totems tracing the origins of everyday Portuguese words; O Português do Brasil, a historical timeline of the language reflecting Brazil’s cultural evolution; and Nós da Língua, presenting how Portuguese spreads across five continents within the Community of Portuguese‑Speaking Countries.

On the third floor, the exhibition Falares showcases the rich variety of Brazilian accents, slang, and speech rhythms through nine large screens portraying different voices. The O que pode a língua? film, directed by Carlos Nader, offers a poetic exploration of language’s creative force. Finally, the Praça da Língua presents an immersive, planetarium‑style visual and auditory tribute to Portuguese literature and music projected onto the museum’s roof. This floor also includes a terrace offering panoramic views of the clock tower and the Jardim da Luz, a unique vantage point made accessible for the first time in the museum’s history.
